These include the Core Reprogramming exercise method, Music Immersion Therapy, Stress Reset Therapy, the CRa exercise tool, and apparel design.

I’m a Montana native, born and raised in the beautiful Helena. Growing up, I was a passionate athlete playing basketball, soccer, and running track for the Capital High Bruins.

I continued my passion for sports in college, playing basketball for the Montana Western Bulldogs. I’m now graduating from the University of Montana Western with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and just finished my personal training certification.

I’m passionate about helping others find their path to health and wellness. I believe that we all have the potential to do incredible things and that the power to transform is within us right now!

I want to meet people where they are and help them get to where they want to be. I’m excited to be part of the OneWellness mission and to be able to serve the Helena community by helping them find and reach their health and wellness goals.
